There is a good player in there and he will probably do well with a better manager and players around him but frankly I couldn't give a monkeys he is going. We've lost better players than him in recent years and where we are now we need people who want to be here and help us move forward. I bet a move to Everton wasn't what he had in mind when he signed for us. Tshibola looks like he is more than capable of filling Gana's shoes. Added that Gary Gardner is knocking about too, I can't see us missing him. I agree. It seems he thought he was too good for us and came with the attitude of using us as a stepping stone which I think showed in his play at times as his work rate was lacking. It certainly shows now if he is jumping ship rather than help right the wrongs he contributed to last season. Assuming RDM wants him to stay of course. For me he is no big loss. Not many of the players would be and certainly not any of those from centre midfield where we were absolutely diabolical last season. Hopefully he will be replaced with someone who wants to be here and will give their all in helping us get back up. He's good at intercepting the ball and a pretty good athlete but that's about it. His decision making is far from great and he is shocking on the ball.
