His last loan was a failure and clearly he wasn't going to feature for us this year but still never went back out. That speaks volumes.

Development football and youth tournaments are a world away from league football, more so as a centre back where you have to stand up to a lot of physical abuse.  This kid from what I have seen is easy on the eye but clearly doesn't have what it takes to mix up with the big boys.

Ok, but we can't shoot him!  

Best course of action may be to try and send him out again.

Good decision. He needs competitive action, which he won’t get here. Hopefully he takes his chance and comes back a stronger and better player as a result.
