Porto bought him for 5m, and he's a bench warmer there. If we can pick him up for a similar amount, RL should sanction the funds asap. That would make a lot of sense, saying we don't have anyone in the squad to play this role and then only getting one and no cover would mean we'd still in the same position if unlucky with injury. Ideal world we'd get 2 players in, one as cover for the other. Not sure we'll manage to get Defour and Hoolahan though. Also doubt we'll actually get 2 players for the posiiton in Jan.
