villa4europe Posted May 25, 2017 Share Posted May 25, 2017 (edited) Dieted for 4 days this week, calorie counted, drank protein shakes, been to the gym every morning went to football tonight, got cancelled because they couldn't find the key, ended up in the pub, 4 pints and a chicken kebab and chips, waste of time twas beautiful though!
