Just had some delivered - you weren't kidding, i think it is amazing stuff !

All the flavours....mint, mango and then the kick of chillis which has a nice, lingering aftertaste !

waitrose-crosta-mollica-pizza-base-with-

And put your own toppings on. About to have one shortly, Tuna, Red Peppers and Red Onion with Basil and Mozzarella

Also buy a pizza oven tray with holes all the way through the base like this

You want me to tell you about the one they serve in a little retaurant around the harbour in Nice with a raw egg cracked in the middle just as it goes into the oven?

I have an aversion to tuna. Imagining it on pizza turns my stomach. Just put it to the jury and apparently she would have it if we didn’t share a pizza. Regret entering into a new mortgage with her now.

Fish on pizza is right up there with gravy on fish.

Fairly standard to stick an egg on Turkish pide. Makes a pizza much better.

I've not tried the zinger flavour but the KFC flavour were just roast chicken with an extra herb on them, and I was somewhat underwhelmed

Ah yeh that is an interesting twist on the classic, I branch out to that one probably once a week just to break the routine.
