We have to judge where we fell short last season, and for me it was after we beat Cardiff and it was largely in our own hands where we threw it away. I think Bruce's rigidity with tactics that held us back ultimately and not just in the play off final, but at several times during the season. Obviously Henry has no track record to judge him by, so we can only guess the way he will want to play. If I had to guess it would be a similar style to what Southgate developed almost overnight with England, as it seems lots of modern coaches are going in that direction including most that Henry has worked under/with, and I like that style. But then in the Championship there is always room for meat and two veg football, certainly when it comes to getting to the play offs.

If Henry was coming I'd want someone decent above him as manager/DOF/mentor and as Sawiri has lived in London a long time perhaps will see Arsenal as a blueprint. I can't see the new owners wanting huge upheaval straight away considering this seems to have been a very quick deal. They may not have the right expertise lined up to advise properly on the football side of things so see Bruce as a safe pair of hands.
