Tbh I do find female commentators when they're having to raise their voice either due to excitement or a loud crowd can be a bit grating. The female pundits though I think are much better than the male ones in general in the studio.

I like it but there are still things getting missed. Kane today should have had at least one pen and Argentina should have had a second the other day. Giving teams perhaps one chance to review a decision would help as sometimes a ref can be so sure he has got a decision right, by the time it gets shown to be wrong it's too late.

Messi scores as many goals as Ronaldo and is as creative as David Silva. That's why for me he is the best player on the planet and I'm as sure as I can be, without having seen many of the past greats, that he is the greatest of all time. Anyway nobody will change their mind, the arguments are repetitive and sometimes a bit of light trolling from either side. I hope they both have significant roles in the World Cup and Ronaldo is clearly ahead at the moment. Messi will likely find more space against Croatia and Nigeria but Argentina's defence is so bad they might even not get out of the group.

Didn't they have 9 centre backs playing? Terrific team performance, Argentina should have had a second penalty but didn't really deserve it, and Messi probably would have missed it anyway.
