CI
Even without Michu, Graham has started scoring again, Routledge will run riot and luke will come off the bench and score too.

PussEKatt
If we can't beat Wigan at VP then how the hell are we going to get a result against Swansea away ? I predict a 3-0 loss.....but if Michu plays then make that 5-0.
AVFCAM
3-0 or 4-0 Lambert to still protest he doesn't need to buy players.
Jimzk5
If we manage to go 3 minutes without conceding, we may get away with a 2-0 defeat. **** it ill be posutive, 2-0 defeat and we will get a corner and a shot on Target.
LeafyVilla
Heavy defeat. Unfortunately I agree with this, if we can't cope with Wigan at home how the hell are we gonna live with Swansea away from home....UTV SOTC
R.I.C.O.
We are going to lose bad, again. 0-5 defeat. We could be beaten easily by anyone at the moment, even Bradford will win their home leg I expect.
CI
Swanseas passing and movement will absolutely kill us. Really feel for the fans who are already committed to attending this one. This bunch of players don't deserve our level of support.
Daweii
4-0 to Swansea, if Michu plays then I expect an even higher score.

PieFacE Posted December 30, 2012 VT Supporter Share Posted December 30, 2012 I actually think we'll get a result here. Lambert knows how to play against Swansea. High pressure and force them to make mistakes. Really shocked we didn't play that way against Wigan yesterday.

markavfc40
Lambert needs to kick this 3 5 2 formation in to touch. Assuming no one is back from injury I would go with Lowton alongside Clark at centre back, Lichaj at right back Bennett at left back. Delph and Westwood centre mid, Albrighton and Holman out wide and Benteke and Weimann up front. Lowton every time I have seen him at centre back in a two has done well. Holman and Albrighton will work their bollocks off going forwards and backwards so can help protect the full backs and hopefully going forwards can provide some crosses/ammunition for Benteke and Weimann. Delph was our best midfielder against Spurs so for me deserves another chance and is certainly ahead of KEA. Westwood has not played since first half against Spurs so is hopefully fresh and raring to go and alongside Delph should mean we will have plenty of energy although still lacking any strength. AValon
Would be way too easy to point the finger at injuries. Facts are, some of them are lacking effort, belief or desire, whilst others are simply being found out, having been thrown into the lions den. And coming off three disastrous routs, its going to be nigh impossible to lift spirits. This one seems to suggest a home win. I bet Swansea are chomping at the bit. pacbuddies
I hope and think that we will win. 1-2. 8pints
I know it's not exactly the greatest definition of the beautiful game but I really hope we try and suck the life out of the game and concentrate on creating a bit of solidity and making it difficult for Swansea. Just concentrate on keeping the ball and settling on it, hopefully that will breed a bit of confidence. I'm never going to predict a loss for us even if we ever concede fifteen in three games without scoring any, so I'll say 1-0 to us. I would go with - Benteke Weimann Bowery Herd El Ahmadi Delph Bennett Clark Lowton Lichaj Guzan
