Has the rule changed? I thought only goalkeepers could be brought in for emergency cover owing to the specialist nature of that position.

Use your squad. They still have Matip, Robertson and Tsimikas, plus Fabinho back in contention after the international break plus Williams. And Phillips was MOTM on his debut the other week.

Aaaaahhhh, danke.  It never dawned on me he was out of contract.  Good stuff. I'm happy now. They can proceed :P

It was the Watford jersey that threw me. I thought he was still there.  They should have had him sitting on his sofa in sweatpants changing the TV with one hand and eating cheesy Wotsits from a bowl with the other.

Virgil is “going through hell” apparently. Let’s get some black armbands tonight across Europe’s games.

I've heard it can be hell applying for Universal Credit. Being as though he can't work for a few months, i hope he is claiming all the benefits he can.

The club will hopefully have someone who can advise him on what he is eligible for.

Plus with one functioning knee he's still fit for most jobs according to the government.
