Gotta admit it caught me completely off guard that Karl Darlow was with the Villa academy until age 16.

Decent keeper but I think goalkeeper is the worst position to break into. Its a luck think from what i seen

Alex Cropley just been diagnosed with dementia.

Had the pleasure of seeing him play in both Hibs green and white and Villas claret and blue.

Spent the latter years driving a black cab around Edinburgh. A different era from the prima donnas of the modern game!

Fantastic player and wish him and his family all the best.

Great player. Never the same after that leg break v WBA.

Good player, just came at the wrong time unfortunately.

All of the foreign lads that came that summer were decent pick ups. Just a shame it went so horribly wrong.

Rudy Gestede has started to find the net in the A-League. 3 goals in his last two games for Melbourne Victory. He really should be a 15-20 goal a season striker over here.

Well if ALF is banging 20 in we all should, along with McCormack ripping it up at 3 stone overweight.
