I've been ok the last 18 months, well, as ok as I can ever be with my condition. This week has been carnage though, I think I probably have an infection or virus or something. Normally I'd have swerved beers tonight but it was a good mate's leaving drinks from work, so I made the effort. My arse didn't thank me.
