Jagman Posted June 6, 2011 Share Posted June 6, 2011 I have just spoken to my brother who works in accounts at Villa Park and he says Randy Learner is due to fly into Birmingham tonight,as for Carlo he is due for talks on Wednesday as he isnt even in the country yet. Everyone in the office is talking about it and they all seem to think he will be the next manager,but it will take alot of money to make it happen. Yet again some itk nonsense has people writing stuff about Ancelotti's signings, etc. forgetting that there's not a chance that we'll attract such a big name. The truth is that McClaren is far more likely. I hope and pray that it's going to be better than that, but with all of this false hope going round, this is going to be the latest in a long line of threads that we look back on years later and curse ourselves for taking the bait. I have my doubt whether he can re-build a club. The thing I am most uncomfortable about is the number of fans (on forums and twitter) almost begging him to take over.
