I have just spoken to my brother who works in accounts at Villa Park and he says Randy Learner is due to fly into Birmingham tonight,as for Carlo he is due for talks on Wednesday as he isnt even in the country yet. Everyone in the office is talking about it and they all seem to think he will be the next manager,but it will take alot of money to make it happen.

When Carlo comes in Downing will be begging to sign a new contract,and i hope he does but he is still a spunk-bubble for his change of face in the last week. When he signed he had a broken ankle and missed 6 months and was then a complete waste of space,now he has had a good season he thinks he is a world beater and everyone will be flocking to sign him. Liverpool arnt in Europe and Arsenal have to qualify first apart from that no one else is going to take him. The bloke is deluded and thinks he is better than he is.

Young is all but gone he wont stop. Downing has 2 years left on his contract and if the new manager is who we hope he is then i see no reason why he cant get him to sign a new contract with the promise of an new era at the club. That said i still think Downing is a complete and utter spunk bubble for his attitude this last 10 days.
