    I don`t like darren bent. He has a sense of entitlement and he only came here for money anyway. He has been pants for a while now. Lambert is the one that gave him the captaincy and then it was his to lose, as was his place in the team. He lost both on merit. He seems to think he isn`t supposed to be left out and if he is he should get an explanation. Well i`ll give him one, you are lazy and self entitled, and you need it all on a plate Darren, hows that?

You can`t be crap at your job for months and then do 5 minutes good work and start saying you have proved a point to your boss. This attitude is completely backward, they need to adopt the attitude of holman and do some bloody work.

    we will not get relegated. This team has only been together a few games and most of the signs have been good. Everything we asked for under mcleish and didn`t get we have seen form lamberts side. Passing, effort, passion etc etc. Once the new lads bed in we will get that consistency. We will have a fine season and an even better one next time.

    Don`t understand the negative vibe on here. We look to have purchased some very good players for good prices and are shipping out the overpaid cartel who we have been slagging off for the last two seasons. Its the first window in his first season, lamberts team will need time to gel and he will need a few transfer windows to get his squad how he wants it. Things are looking very promising at the club. Getting a decent striker now would be ideal but If not we can go until January with what we have and get a couple of players in then.

    Thought he was very good the other day. We haven`t had a central midfielder who can use the ball and keep possession in ages. Looks like one hell of a bargain.

    so lazy to think just because we would have a tall striker it would be hoof ball. We have seen in the west ham game the way we are going to play and Lambert has told us he wants to pass it up the pitch. But don`t let that stop you. I would love Jones here, i think he would be a big hit with us. Right now we have nobody who can score a header or attack a cross. Whether you like it or not that's an important thing to have.
