Not sure the FSW's problems lay entirely on the pitch tbh. If he could put aside any possible issues with the boardroom and Faulkner was told to keep his nose out of it, then Rafa would be a better alternative to Houllier anyday.

I'd take him over Fat Sam anytime.

Rafa available? Great, sack Houllier and get him in.

Your Nan's available? Great, sack Houllier and get her in!!

There is NO-ONE I wouldn't replace Houllier with.

The one reason we MUST keep GH at the moment is that he protects us from the managerial dregs that are out there ...... especially Benitez who would be a disaster beyond words !

Benitez is actually worse than Houllier at man-management, if that's possible. I remember reading somewhere he never even talks to his players. Really hope that this is bullshit, wouldn't wanna see anymore ex-liverpool scumbag managers at our fine club.

Would take Allardyce though, don't know why, just think he'd do quite well with the squad we have.

Lol @ fans turning their noses up at Benitez.

He attracts players because of his name. He has a habit of signing absolute shit though.

La Liga twice, a Uefa Cup with Valencia. Then we have his achievements at Liverpool.

Yeah he achieved that on a team built by Hector cuper. Arguably the same at Liverpool. There was an interesting article about him recently. His record doesn't really stand up to the hype, so no thanks.

Let's try for lowe.
