    I am sure Hughes's lack of silverware gives him a bigger incentive to win trophies in the future, hopefully at Aston Villa.

    Mark Hughes has a comfortable job at Fulham, it would represent a coup if we could attract him here. It would also show that he would relish the challenge of moving us forward, and that, in my mind, is a key ingredient to any success.
