perfect scenario is GH getting fully better and moving into a role of overseas youth development and overseas scouting with the new management team of ancellotti and wilkins

and GMAC moving to Birmingham city

A Wednesday announcement is interesting.

Whats the betting it's confirmation we're keeping him?

IMO the only other likely (if considerably less likely in my view) thing we might announce is that we're giving up on the Houllier experiment and would now look to replace him.

I think the chances of us announcing a new man on Wednesday are slim and none.

I cant imagine them naming a replacement as they wont have looked for one. They will either say GH is fit for the job or he is to retire through ill health.

So long as he's overseas and not here I don't care!!!

David or Carlo are the only 2 choices for me!!

You are quite right - they will either say GH is fit or to retire (my money is on the latter) .....

... but why does it follow that they have not been looking for a replacement? Are you ITK? Or just a pessimist?

Mark Hughes to be announced as new Villa manager on Wednesday.

I'm not ITK or have any real reason why I think it but looking at some of the other ITK's on here my guess is as good as others.

Alternatively I think that Houllier will stay as manager.
