If we're on to confessions I can reveal that I never enjoyed Seinfeld.

I just don't get the appeal. Never laughed at a single episode, and I've seen them all multiple times because they're always on at some channel.

At best some episodes are mildly entertaining.

You didnt find the bubble boy episode funny? My god I was dying. :crylaugh:

Watched Tutankhamen in catch-up ... few too many liberties with the truth for my liking but still decent enough ....man I want to go back to the valley of the kings

i started it and thought it was very terrestrial tv drama, production value, writing, acting etc all not quite right and it was a bit boring, game up about 40 minutes in

Ironically my first experience of Alan Partridge was watching the film Alpha Papa, I thought it was fantastic and that was without any of the backstory to go with it. Ended up working my way backwards and caught up on all the old stuff as well, all brilliant.

I thought the film was a bit meh. Decent, because, Partridge, but lacks the brilliance of his TV shows IMO

The genius is often in what you don't see

at the beginning when he is on the internet and Lynn comes in and he starts talking about owls ( I think? ) reflected in his glasses you can see a pair of  tits bouncing up and down where he is watching porn ....  quite a few gags like that in the film

Four seasons into Mad Men and there's yet to be a poor episode.

Ridiculously consistent high level of writing and absolutely fantastic TV.

If it keeps this up until the final episode then it'll sit comfortably in my top five series of all time.

That's on my list to get to. You normally recommend well Designer1, all else I know is it has got Phil n Grant in it.

I've developed a huge crush on Dexter's missus.  Possibly my ideal woman, hot and blossoming having been crushed by an abusive ex-husband.  Love the whole programme so far.

what season are you on?
