Anybody watched the Kurt Cobain/Courtney Love documentary/Film 'Soaked in Bleach'?

I heard it was rather revealing......

Yup! Watched it the other day, it's on Netflix.

Very interesting watch, does make you seriously consider how much of a suicide his death actually was. There's compelling evidence to suggest it wasn't suicide.

I'll have to look into it. Cheers.

I have watched it; back to my Nirvana and Cobain roots of old.

It is revealing in the sense that it gives you much more imagery than the books 'Love & Death' and 'Who Killed Kurt Cobain' by Ian Halperin. It also includes outsiders/specialists who come in, offer their opinion and discredit the Seattle Police Departments investigation. I agree with PieFace who has just got in before me here; the evidence is quite compelling and it does hone in on some very key facts that had been mentioned in the books, but portrayed much better in this Documentary Film simply because you have the likes of Tom Grant running you through the details. It is just much clearer than the books that are just a bow wave of information and you struggle to piece it all together. It didn't help that at the time, I was Nirvana everything, guitars, magazines, t-shirts whatever and my judgement was very excitable to what I wanted to be the answer.

Above what you think though and whether you think he killed himself, the actual Police Investigation was seemingly appalling and for me that would be one reason for re-investigating aside from what anybody thinks of the evidence. It doesn't require my say so either, the former Seattle Police Chief said this within. The levels of negligence are incredible.

As for the evidence and having been talked through things such as the note, and the addition to the end, the in depth analysis of Dylan Carlson and to an extent Michael Cali Dewitt and just the way Courtney Love behaved/conspired which you can physically hear on recordings makes for a very compelling argument for the possibility of murder.

Worth a watch and I believe it is on the Reddit Youtube Movies.

Xmas eve TV was so bad, I actually watched that two hour walk across the tundra with a couple of reindeer. No commentary, no music, just a long walk in the snow. Actually quite enjoyable - although being fairly drunk may have helped.

Watched all 10 episodes in a day. Never seen anything like it, the USA should hang its head in shame.

Just on the third episode myself. Great Christmas viewing...!

But seriously, this is astounding at this point. Terrifying, intriguing, brilliant... It's like Serial - the TV series. But even 3 episodes in its worse. There's stuff that's coming out that you don't need to be a lawyer to think 'that's dodgy as ****'.

It seems wrong to say I hope it stays as 'good' for the full thing, but I hope it does. At the moment it's one of the best things I've watched in a very, very long time.

Just finished Making a Murderer.

It gets a little bogged down, by necessity, in the trial phase, but it's never less than gripping. I watched half of it mouth agape at what I was seeing and hearing.

It's fantastic long form documentary making.

Just beware that your blood will boil as you watch. It's one of the most infuriating things I've watched.
