Not a football shirt wearer just don't do it for me tbh

I'm with you Mr Loc.

I did have them when I was a kid, and for a short while in my 20s, but they were used to play football in, not to wear to games.

I've also not got my head around grown blokes having the name of their "favourite" player on the back of a shirt either.

Again, I had Cowans and Morley on the back of my shirt in 80/81/82, when I was like 7-9 years old, but not since.

I just tend to wear some villa "colours" (the odd claret top for example) to games, but nothing "official".

God damn you Mr RDR and the horse you rode in on! I am now the proud soon to be owner of an old Palermo away kit, and a Boby Brno home shirt. Couldn't you just have offered me some smack and had done.

Id love a size L of that classic Asisc's keeper top we had in the early 90's. The black with white pin stripes and multi coloured 'smashed glass' effort. Had it when i was a kid complete with 'Coca Cola cup winners' above the badge

That collection is outstanding, Gareth. Where do you get most, eBay?

Some on eBay, some on classicfootballshirts.co.uk, some direct from the club's shop/e-store (anywhere I holiday to I have to buy a football shirt of, it's a sickness).

I'm the same. Not that I've been on holiday much in the last few years, but I've bought Sparta Prague and Sporting Lisbon kits from recent trips. I refuse to buy a Wigan top when we go and stay with the in-laws though!

Cracking shirt!!

As a kid I loved this calssic from 94. It was a standard design that loads of teams replicated in different colours but as soon as I see it im taken back to my favourite world cup of 94. It also helped that Ravelli was a cracking keeper.

Why was it your favourite world cup?
