Would imagine it would go to away 10+ this season. Might be a handful to drop ST holders.

Yup, hard to know until we get details of the allocation, but for context, the AZ game sold out within a few minutes.

Cheap flights, not too far away, plus proper knock out European football against a well known opponent, and just generally a well liked destination for a day or two away, this will sell out in no time

Ajax are getting themselves sorted out. Definitely the hardest draw of the teams available.

Just didn't want a tough draw as this round is before Spurs and West Ham games

Yeah it’s shit we have this away game before spurs at home. Hopefully we can smash them by half time like AZ and then make a lot of changes.

Bit of a “glamour tie”… this is more like what we wanted or meant when we talked of returning to Europe… exciting, VP will be rocking!!

Only tie in either competition between two former European cup winners. Just have to paper over the last 20 odd years for both clubs.

Nah, it isn't.  Union SG far tougher.

They're sorting themselves out, but they concede a shedload and aren't in great form.  Obviously tricky enough, but we're not doing Union SG, Olympiakos or Dinamo Zagreb so it's happy times really.

One positive is it's a short trip from Birmingham. Not Eastern Europe where could still be freezing cold
