Jonathan David that is. If true, having two Ollie's would be pretty Similar to Ollie but with a higher ceiling is an insanely high bar. That must be relative to Ligue 1?? If he’s capable of emulating Ollie in the PL and an even higher ceiling he’d have snapped up ages ago. Clubs will pay £100m for that type of striker.

rbcuk
Looks like brighton are signing Barco for the buyout fee of €10 Million, we should have been all over this esp with the ages of Moreno and Digne

Maybe Brighton should have been “all over” Douglas Luiz & Boubacar Kamara? Back when we signed them? Edited January 9 by gwi1890 5

Mazrim
I'm personally not at all fussed about Werner. I doubt he'd play much here, certainly wasn't for RB and couldn't hit a donkey's arse with a banjo the last time he was in this league. He could go on to be an inspired move but the evidence doesn't suggest that. Lets get a right back, cover for the CM pivots, and a versatile attacker who can play across the front 4. Lets get Buendia, Mings, and Tielemans back and get JJ back up to speed. Lets win the league.

maqroll
Jonathan David would be a great signing, especially if he knows he's not going to be our top striker unless he wins the job.

He's currently dating a gold digger 7 years his senior, and he had a diva attitude when he was about to feature in our first team; he was sent back to the reserves, and only the last 13 months or so he seemed to come back to his senses (he actually renewed for a single extra year on the condition that we give him a very low clause, which we did, otherwise we would've lost him last year for nothing. His agent is pals with our good for nothing ex president). Barco started his career as left back, but our former coach moved him to midfield, and I think it was the right decision. His best asset is dribbling and passing/shooting, better to use that further ahead in the pitch. Problem with Barco is that he has a small frame and endurance issues, I doubt he completed more than 3 games playing the full 90 minutes. As it stands RIGHT NOW, I don't think he has the physicality required for the PL, though I expect him to become better in that aspect eventually (should be first priority in training). KevinRichardsonsMoustache
While we all hope we can get some cover in, I think we're all united in trusting this management team to deliver. It's a weird position to be in for a Villa fan: kind of relaxed.
