Posted December 7, 2023 Moderator Share Posted December 7, 2023 He's outstanding on the ball, his range of passing is excellent and he's really very calm, his positioning defensively is excellent and he sees things quickly. But they told us he was physically weak, too slow for the Premier league, too easily bullied - they reckoned without a manager who can build a team and a shape where he very rarely has to worry about the things he's not good at, a team where he can just show off his strengths. You can see every time he has the ball he is looking for that forward pass. He is now getting more composed on the ball as well. That moment where he just brought the ball down on his chest in our box then played it out was great.
