What the PL have is money, and PSG have more money than any PL club apart from Man C. No need to insult the French league, they are the best in the world at producing talents. That talent goes to Europe, gets coached into top players (often via France) and they end up in top clubs. How many Brazilian league youngsters go to PL starting lineups?
