Really good debut.

Was brave in the challenges (considering Leeds took a couple of bites at him early on) and he showed his winger qualities with some lovely touches and passes.

Very promising. However pretty much any LB we seem to sign now looks o.k for first few games and then a month later looks like they've never set foot on a football pitch so hopefully this level will still be there in March-April.

He was courageous. Being thrown in at the deep end but came through it to help us win. What a clearance!  Brilliant. He barely had any preparation time. Sky were trying to do a hatchet job on him when he initially struggled at the start. Disgusting.  But AM made them eat their words.

Looked solid but I can tell some fans are going to get annoyed because he likes to try nip in and win the ball through anticipation so might leave him exposed

Him joining the attack so often was great to see. He probably ahould have scored though

Definitely one where the fans will be on him. Hope he’s got thicker skin than Targett who got down when the fans were on him.

Will try to intercept early and will also go for a dribble or a pass to keep possession instead of hoofing so bound to be a clanger in there but that’s what has to happen sometimes in order to play more progressively.

A surprise debut for him but he stepped up and grew into the game well. He was always unlikely to have instant chemistry with the team, but that improved over the match. His goal saving block in the first half was vital, and he showed some brightness looking to link up in the attack. He looks the type that wants to play a quick one-two and beat his opposition full back, he’s quick and energetic. Unlucky with the chance to score though.

Leeds were a tough introduction to the league, they closed us down quickly and pressed **** out of us. Moreno will need to get used to having little time on the ball, but it seems he’s got the skill to navigate that. We’ll see in the coming weeks now it looks like Digne will be out for a bit.
