Just counting down the days until proper football starts again. I know it has all been said plenty of times but having the World Cup in Qatar in the middle of the football season is a utter disgrace. They wouldn’t know what a “show” was if it jumped up, on fire, and slapped them round the face. Putting on a show for the fans is the lowest possible priority Southgate has before any game.
