Popular Post Stevo985 Posted May 25, 2020 VT Supporter Popular Post Share Posted May 25, 2020 (edited) It still pisses me off that people are lapping up the “had no alternative” bullshit. As if a man with access to and the influence over the leaders of the entire country couldn’t get whatever the **** he wanted with one phone call. I bet if Cummings wanted a nanny trained in medicine parachuted in from a helicopter he’d have it in hours. He went to Durham because he wanted to go to Durham. Simple as that Edited May 25, 2020 by Stevo985

I bet if Cummings wanted a nanny trained in medicine parachuted in from a helicopter he’d have it in hours. He went to Durham because he wanted to go to Durham. Simple as that At several points he got “expert medical help” yet none of it was ever for him (one of the most powerful and important men in the UK, especially so as Boris himself was ill) or his wife to get an actual Covid test. What kind of “expert” does not tell him to get a test then he can either come to work or isolate? I think he found out Boris was ill and for whatever reason wanted to blag his way out of Downing Street for a while. Took a trip up north under the guise of isolating but didn’t tell his boss which in itself is probably grounds for disciplinary action. He’s hung around up there not wanting to be a part of the shit show down south especially with the boss out of action. Had a cushy few days then realised he’d have to come back at some point not before a trip out for his wife’s birthday. What kind of “expert” does not tell him to get a test then he can either come to work or isolate? Exactly. And he could have had a test. Boris, Hancock Raab etc all had tests didn't they? I assume Cummings could have had one. Honestly if anyone believes the story he's weaved here then they're either a moron or they just really really want it to be true.

One that was never really asked because Cummings and family were never really ill at all.
Davkaus
The expert medical advice didn't even tell him not to drive with blurred vision. The whole thing was a complete work of fiction. If it wasn't certain yesterday that they think we're all stupid, it is now.
Davkaus
Remember when people took the Russian assassins being sent on TV to talk about the cathedral spire as "we did it, you know we did it, and there's nothing you can do"? Yeah. That's what happened today.

meregreen
If I get pulled over by the police and I’ve had a drink . I’m gonna tell em I’m just having a test drive to see if I’m okay. See how far that gets me. Edited May 26, 2020 by meregreen

Popular Post OutByEaster? Posted May 25, 2020 Moderator Popular Post Share Posted May 25, 2020 So his son definitely didn't have CV-19, his wife was sick but not with CV-19 and he "thinks" he had it? I'm still not clear on who was sick, with what and when. He wasn't sick when he drove up, but he was when he arrived - too sick to stand up - but well enough to drive his child to the hospital and then go get him the next day - then after a walk he felt better but not well enough to see properly so he drove to a local castle and had a play in the woods to check his eyesight. Refreshed after that he put his recently hospitalised son and recently unwell wife back into a car with him and drove the five hours back to London. Meanwhile, his wife felt unwell, so he made her suffer a five hour car journey, which made her much worse and or better and she didn't feel well while she was there, but was well enough to look after everybody. Then he made her go for a walk and then subjected her to a terrifying drive whilst half blind on her birthday before putting her in a car of sick people and driving her five hours back to London. His son meanwhile, wasn't unwell in London, so he dragged him out of the house, sat him next to his unwell mother in a small car and drove him five hours to a strange place they arrived in at midnight - causing the child to get so sick that he had to be hospitalised overnight - then forcing him to go out for a walk, forcing him into the terrifying car journey and making him play in bluebells. Once he felt almost well, it was the five hour car journey back to London with everyone else who had been sick again. Is that all correct? 13
bannedfromHandV
Convenient timing announcing the return of retail, guess this is what they hope will distract people enough for them to squirm through the situation.
