I think the clue to his improved stats recently are in the interview he did, he said something along the lines of that the Stockport manager wants him closer to the opposition goal rather than being stuck out too wide or too deep as had been the case at his previous loans, a consequence of him being able to play well in those areas at academy level and still score plenty of goals, but at first team level needs to be playing further forward to get the best out of his abilities in and around the box.

He's making a big impression there, hopefully he can maintain this level of performance throughout the season and take some steps towards ending up the player, a lot of us think that he can become. 🤞

Could he be our new Gary Shaw?

Well, they can now start singing "when he gets the ball, he's bound to score.." at Stockport. I would love to see him get anywhere near to Gary Shaw Autographs | Sports, Football or to 1975-1979 (1) - ASTON VILLA CARDS

Two great players, both of whom had their playing time cruelly cut short, through injury. :(

Another great finish from him today. Cuts into the box from the left and curls on into the far corner over the keeper. Noice.

It sounds like the goal he scored last weekend, becoming a bit of a trademark
