Yeah I wasn’t trying to takeaway from your point, I was just adding because being happy at work also means you are more likely to be happy outside of work (not always I agree).  I’ve been on both sides where at one job that was not great and thus without knowing it I was socialising less and I became more introverted but I’ve had a number of jobs that I’ve been happy in and I’ve been a happier person outside of work.  It’s hard to switch off totally what happens at work when you are outside of work.

thanks, good point...I get that.

TRO in his younger days was MILF hunting Andy Gray’s mom 🫢

Now, now, she was a respectful middle aged lady....very nice woman, I might add.

Recieve ball. Shift left. Rolls studs over ball. Shift right. Shift the ball with outside of boot. Pass 5 yards complain.

Receive all. Play a really shitty forward pass to the opposition. Flap arms. Complain.

You're our best player and are playing like absolute shit.

Own it.

Body language to match his performance tonight. We need him to be a leader out there, but tonight was all about his shitty attitude.

Another poor performance where he didn't do enough. Coasted.

Not a good pen. Fortunate IMO. It is good he's moving round the goal though, don't think he's hit two the same yet.

Don't remember his penalty run up being quite that silly and elaborate? Could be mistaken.

If he must have Kamara next to him to not be anonymous then he's not the player I thought he was to be honest. I expect better because he's outrageously talented. I think Emery will as well.

Be interesting to see him moved forward if we bring in another midfielder. He'll have to quicken it up for sure.

Been naff since Arsenal match.

Coasting.

Needs a rocket up him.

I think Doug is a good player but I do think he gets hyped to much.

For me when we are on top he looks great because technically he is very good and has a bit of swagger in him.

But for me I just dont think he dominates the midfield...he is neither running the show attacking wise...pulling the strings nor being that rock in the middle.  Its all easy 10 yard passes with the centre halves which we do need but when we have three in the middle we need more from him in attack and defence.

In addition his movement is poor...he often looks busy by just standing next to someone...especially when playing out from the back....Kamara is guilty of this too....he is very ball shy when the game is open...his form is off and he with others it is showing more in recent performances.

Ill probably get hammered for it but just watch in the game....especially his movement when we have the ball.

Dougie does the basics very very well as does Kamara but as a pair I feel they need to be more daring with the ball. I know this is something that tactically has not been drilled into them but when as a team we are struggling to create they need to be a bit braver I feel.

Yep, no movement and looks to worried to play a forward ball. When we are 3-1 down we need to take chances with through balls and encourage our forward players to make runs, which they do but they are very rarely met with a pass.

Attitude as well, bad from a few players, Newcastle must have loved us taking the intensity out of the last 20 minutes moaning at the ref at every opportunity, need to cut it out and play the game.

Alisha's Lehmann's rubbish, ineffectual performances are poisoning his since they got back together. It's no coincidence.

Don’t think they ever split up to be honest. Always someone to blame at villa isn’t there.
