I sound like a broken record at this point, but the powers that be need to have a good look at how the TMO is implemented in Rugby. They've got no money, they're forever in the shadow of Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester, have a population of what, 70k? And in Manchester Mahrez is flagged or offside incorrectly and is then brought down in the box and VAR checks for a potential handball on Mahrez, penalty not given. Don't even know if it was correct anymore. VAR is off to an even worse 2020 than it was in 2019. It's the defining thing about the PL.
