I don't know whether there are still some people at Brentford that didn't come with Smith and O'Kelly that we would want to poach, although they could be in a league above us anyway. Or Set Piece Specialist coach someone like Platt? Who is ideal for this roles? I think it is Terry time to become manager if he join Bristol City it is very good start to place to developing without mentor and free rein, Bristol City has as very good squad to manage. Hope we show him a door so give Smith less mentor and focus himself, maybe Petrov is better Assistant manager as he passion and know the club, and he love to help u18 to first team so he is right person to mentor and coach all the level.
