What I see is some people offering what they think are mitigating factors that have contributed to his underwhelming performances since he arrived. Personally I think some of the criticism is fair but I also think some of the points raised in his defence are equally fair. My point was more that Bruce signed a striker for a huge amount of money who he seemingly hadn’t watched because he clearly doesn’t fit with how he wants to play.
