Bit like us and Sunderland

The rot has set in deep there, its when rather than if with those 3 in charge, heads have long gone

Yeah it goes further back, Antonio was in good form at the right time last season to get them out of trouble - guess it’s a case of hoping he does the same again.

Not sure if the fans bought in to the whole new stadium means they're minted means they'll compete thing, the media in this country loves the idea that everyone us competing, they're not, West ham were never getting to the top table just because of the stadium

Gives them a lack of investment problem though, they've spent nearly £250m over the last 3 years (and this summer isn't finished) 2 > £40m players, 6 > £20m players but the owners have made themselves incredibly rich at the same time and in the public eye, fans want every penny put back in to the team

The stadiums been a disaster

What happened to all the money they got from selling the land on Upton Park?

West Ham can be the one of the major forces in Europe over the next five years, according to co-owners David Sullivan and David Gold.

The Hammers have impressed this season and Sam Allardyce has renewed optimism around east London, while they are also preparing to move to the Olympic Stadium.

Sullivan and Gold have now been in charge for five years and despite having to repay debts after relegation in 2011-12, believe they can win the Premier League and the Champions League in the future.

And Gold added: 'I would be disappointed if we don’t join the so-called top six within the next five years. We know the fanbase is there and it will grow when we move [to the Olympic Stadium].

'This isn’t blind optimism. I can see everything coming together, culminating in us becoming a top club, challenging at the highest level with top players in an amazing stadium supported by amazing fans.'

Nearly as good as their prediction of SHA playing in a 60k stadium 5 years after taking over.

Yeah that's the big thing for West Ham fans. They saw plenty of s*** teams and relegations at Upton Park but that was their soul and it's been ripped apart since they moved to the Olympic stadium.
