Januzaj is young and young players, when they stay fit, improve month by month. I expect a completely different Januzaj to turn out for Man Utd next year.

Rooney is the one that is going to squeak under the genius of Van Gaal.

Mata is better than Sneijder, the other two aren't.

It's probably a toss up between him and Rooney, Januzaj will very soon eclipse him, Sneijder is on the decline, that much is obvious.

£75m per year from Adidas and about £50m per year from chrysler.

That's significantly more than our total turnover as a club and that's before you consider thigns such as TV income match day, merchandising etc.

We are not even on the same planet.

Didnt Nike just subsidise the ridiculous Rooney deal to make sure they had him for club and country?

No. There always seems to be these nonsense theories like this flying around like Kaka joined Madrid instead of Barca because his boots are sponsored by Addidas and Addidas didn't want him wearing a Nike shirt.

Not far away from the first billion pound Kit deal so. It must be nice to support a club that has money, in fact it's pretty much pointless to support a club that doesn't.

shirt sales I guess.. Anything they make with a Manchester Utd symbol on it and they will get a proportion of it.

It's still sort of risky, in the way that to sell the number of "items" to get 750 million quids worth of stuff is large, and dependant on sucess I guess.

Still, another huge kick in the bollocks for other 16 teams in the league.

May as well pack up and go home.  out of the 92 league teams, only 87 are capable of any continued success.

We need an Arab, ASAP.

Or they need to create a European Super League and  the top 4 (or top 4 earners?) in the league go be a part of that. Then once they're gone the Premier League can have some kind of wage cap or something to make it an even playing field. Sounds good in principle but probably a million reasons why it wouldn't work.

Well when the deal was announced the secret footballer wrote an article saying it was so inflated because Nike were subsidising it. Obviously not gospel but there you go

It is too late now, the financial "fair play" is set in stone. What chance does anyone ever have again.

FFP does nothing for clubs like ours, its got nothing to do with maintaining a level playing field, its about maintaining the status quo between the haves and the have nots. It came about because Chelsea and Man City started to make their spending power really tell in Europe and UEFA were getting twitchy about it. If Adidas pay Manyoo £750m and as a result get a £1500m return that is just superb business for all involved. Its perfectly legit within FFP and it will clearly be profitable for all parties. A fantastic bit of business.
