Saw Mark Lawrenson attacked their fans yesterday, said they're never happy, think they should be winning the CL let alone in it

Its working again

It's weirdly made me quite sympathetic of a fan base I used to think were largely knobs, while at the same time finding the ill informed punditry amusing when not said about us.

Bojan at Swedish Viasport having a rip at Newcastle after another pundit defended their performance by saying it how it really is (loosely summarized) "they have no creativity in the middle of the park and consists of players that just hope to break legs. It doesn't matter if it's Chelsea or Brighton they play, the way they play is the same."

I always turn the sound off when Bojan speaks but he got that one right :D

Really? I like him a lot as a pundit tbh. I like how he wears his heart on his sleeve and is very emotional about the game. Plus I think his low-key jabs are pretty funny most of the time. Each to his own though mate ;)

Can't stand him and never could. Doesn't like it better with his new persona that he's adopted where he emphasises his words in a different way a la Niva and takes mini pauses when he speaks to pretend his words are more profound. He sounded nothing like this a few years back. But he still acts like his opinions are facts.

I just read it as him being quite opinionated and firmly believes what he says to be the better perspective. In any case, he's not as good as Niva I'm sure we can agree on that. But I like him, he spices things up in the studio.

Well, who would they get that is better?

Middle of the premier is a good place to attract a good manager. Bottom half of the Championship and the pool of options is much smaller.

“Army men, English football specialist Alan Pardew will henceforth be part of the big red family of the Army,” read a statement on the club’s website on Monday. “He will take the position of technical director and will help with his vast experience and contacts in the overall development of the club and attracting players to the representative team. Pardew's last 3 league victories in football have been in 2016, 2018 and 2020 respectively. Sofia can look forward to their next league victory in 2022
