ahhh right you are Sir,

Sylla's official, full international début for Mali came on 9 June 2012 in a 1–1 FIFA World Cup qualification draw with Rwanda. Sylla replaced Wolverhampton Wanderers player Tongo Doumbia in the 70th minute.[10] Sylla started and played the full 90 minutes in Mali's 2–2 draw with Benin seven days later, but Mali were unfortunately eliminated from the competition.[11]

Nicklas Helenius scored on his debut for Aston Villa as they played out a 1-1 draw in their pre-season friendly with SV Rodinghausen.

Villa opened the scoring through Helenius' near post header from Matt Lowton's cross on the hour mark following a quiet start to the game in the first half.

Soren Siek then levelled for the home side as Paul Lambert gave new signings Aleksandar Tonev, Jores Okore, Leandro Bacuna, Antonio Luna, Jed Steer and Helenuis some match time.

Second half: Steer, Lowton, Okore [Carruthers], Clark, El Ahmadi, Helenius, Agbonlahor, Luna, Westwood, Weimann, Gardner.

The match was the first in a three-match tour of Germany which will also see Villa take on SC Paderborn and VFL Bochum.

Wantaway striker Christian Benteke did not travel with the team, with manager Paul Lambert granting him an extra week of leave following his transfer request.

The Belgian hitman, who netted 19 goals in the Premier League last season, demanded a move from the Midlands club last weekend, putting Tottenham, Chelsea and Liverpool on alert.

Who's 'WRONG' JV?

I think he was replying to the posts at the top of the page saying that Wiemann and Okore are not in training yet, not realising that those posts are from a few weeks back :P

With regards to Weimann you are absolutely right mate, my bad. However the Okore ones were from today. Got a bit worried myself and had to go look it up. :P

Little bit of concern that it may be something quite serious, no mention of it in match report or by lambert. Very worrying

I thought the opposite, just read the match report and assumed it must be nothing hence no mention.

Still strange that it hasn't been announced to us?
