They started advertising tickets fir their game against us. Dont see how that works if brums in tier 3

Probably just getting in ahead of tomorrow's tiers reevaluation.

If brum drops to 2 they will be ready, seems sensible.

But will brum drop out? Has the numbers got better?

In london its out of control

It’s got a bit lower in Birmingham but Bham expected to stay in tier 3.

Solihull and other surrounding areas are low enough to be in tier 2, but unsure whether they will drop them due to their proximity to Bham.

Getting better all over, whether it's enough for most of brum to drop to 2 is a long shot.

As ender said Solihull and cov stand a better chance (they are not classed as Birmingham)...maybe it's the same where their ground is.

First I've heard about that proximity thing....nothing would surprise me though.

Surely wherever you have an edge to a tier 3 boundary it will be close to another town?

There’s no actual proximity rule, but it’s being suggested that it might play a part.

Solihull and Birmingham are so entwined, there would be no way of knowing you have left Bham and entered Solihull if it wasn’t for a sign.

I heard something this morning that made more sense, that it's more to do with the hospital.

Solihull is quite specialised now so a lot of the traffic will be sent to the Birmingham hospitals.

Does the black country have it's own hospital?

The major ones are New Cross in Wolverhampton, Manor in Walsall and Russell's Hall in Dudley. As far as I know they're all general hospitals.

Ok I can see why they are confident then.

This is stupid. If wba are allowed fans back then so should rest of birmingham.

This is like my area. Enfield is going tier 3 but cuffley which is right next to us is  tier 2 and then on side broxbourne is tier 3. So the middle is tier 2 but the other boroughs are tier 3?

It makes no sense

They don't have a chance staying up regardless

I'm almost certain that having fans back helped Fulham get a point against Liverpool, that one point could well keep them up come the end of the season. Doesn't seem fair to me to allow fans back until every club is allowed them back, otherwise some teams have had an unfair advantage.

Completely agree

This is probably the worst game of tge season for us to have 2k home fans and no away fans, they'll be frothing at the mouth for this

Frothing more than normal anyway
