Main thing I have against Hughes is his habit of walking out on clubs. We have already had one tosser do that and I wouldn't be keen on another. Steve would respect this job and be in it for the long term. You are obviously entitled to your opinions but I think you are possibly the only person in this country who would claim McClaren 'got England playing again,best football since 66'. Even off the top of my head I would say we played better footie under Bobby Robson, Venables and Hoddle and i'm sure most would agree.
