This game exists to give you hope that any other weekday (like the Monday games) will be exciting but they all end in scoreless draws and you feel your life leaking away as you watch.

Luton has fallen apart here. It could have been a massive three points for them.

Sorry to be pedantic, but I have seen this debate recently... Shouldn't it be Luton have, especially considering you refer to them😁

Honestly Luton fans must feel like shit. They came back from 2-0 down at half-time against us at home only to be denied by a late winner, then go to Bournemouth and lose after being 3-0 up themselves at half-time.

They're finished.

All that Luton Town need to do is take the fortune earned from this unexpected season in the Premier League, use it to build their new stadium, stabilise their finances and come again as a sustainable top division club. Or just sell to some wealthy human rights infringers & dodge all FFP & PSR rules.

Luton already have way more points than most were predicting, if you ignore the drama of tonight's result, they're still doing well to be within touching distance of safety at this stage, beat Forest at the weekend and they will climb out of the bottom three, which isn't the most far fetched scenario, relative to their resources they're making a good go of it, don't really deserve to be put in the same category as Sheffield United and Burnley
