There needs to be zero tolerance for this sort of thing. Modern day football talks a good game, but doesn’t follow it up with real actions. If any other professional was attacked on the way to or from their place of work, the perpetrators of the act would be severely punished. Football or football fandom is no different.

What even happened in that clip? Didn't see anything

The guy closest to the bridge... you see his arm come down just as the clip scans over him,  and a split second later smashing glass. I assume that bloke lobbed the brick up on to the bridge and hit the windscreen.

The windows in team coaches are reinforced nowadays, as part of the conversion work. Been a few incidents in recent years so clubs don't take chances anymore.

It's the suicide squad, they're absolute nutters.

Yes infamous but the football club can't be blamed for the action of a few nutters. Hopefully they get caught and dealt with appropriately.

They are, but judging from the police statement it suggests it was a dangerous act, and a fast moving bus (as that video suggested) coming into contact with a brick is going to cave in a windscreen. Seems to stack up.

Could of course be complete rubbish.

Clearly moronic behaviour but is it anything to do with Burnley fans? Has everyone just assumed.

It'll still crack, but it has a protective film on it so it won't shatter in on the occupants.

Lets hope they arrest the scum that did it.
