dont_do_it_doug.
Stature? History? I know they pull this shit straight from rent-a-quote, but surely even the noses can see through that one.
Biskitt
Actually like hughton so a bit gutted it's him. Was hoping it would be Ince as he's a proper clearing in the woods and would have fitted in well there, I know someone who plays for Notts County who said that all the players hated him. TrentVilla Posted June 23, 2011 Moderator Share Posted June 23, 2011 Same here, heard many tales from Ince's time at County that made me pray he was their new boss, I still think this is the next best thing though.
Maradona10
Hughton did well at Newcastle because he managed to keep their best players don't think this time he'll have it so easy.
Wainy316
Actually like hughton so a bit gutted it's him. Oh that's ok. We'll probably hire him in a few years when he walks out of his job.
PieFacE Posted June 23, 2011 VT Supporter Share Posted June 23, 2011 Hughton did well at Newcastle because he managed to keep their best players don't think this time he'll have it so easy. To be honest I don't think CH had much to do with keeping the players, was probably the £££ they were on which kept them there.

islingtonclaret
I feel sorry for him. He's splurting out the standard bollocks a new manager has to come out with. He knows you can't polish a steaming, peanutty turd.

TrentVilla Posted June 24, 2011 Moderator Share Posted June 24, 2011 You can't polish a turd but you can roll it in glitter. I feel this sums up Hughton words here.

RunRickyRun
To be honest, Sunderland swapping Gardner for Henderson and making a £10m+ profit is a very good bit of business for them. As for blues and losing their bestest fan ...
R.I.C.O.
I can't wait to hear Gardner explaining to anyone who gives a shit how he is a lifelong Sunderland fan, having stood on the terraces as a wee lad watching Niall Quinn.
