theunderstudy
Right. Made up my mind, I'm going to make Chicken breasts filled with ricotta and sage wrapped in Parma ham and first fried, then put in the oven.
trekka Posted February 15, 2011 VT Supporter Share Posted February 15, 2011 I know there has probably been a thread previously but bugger if I'm going to find it. Anyhoo, what is your meal this evening? I've got a pork casserole in the oven. Not the standard pork (for a casserole) as I've gone and browned off some bellydraft, sliced much of the fatty tissue off, threw in some apple, carrots, mushrooms, onions, etc and it's smelling really very nice. (it may well turn out to be a disaster )

YLN
Cantonese Sweet and Sour chicken. Chicken was fried a couple of weeks ago and frozen. Defrosted and added sauce day before yesterday. Bloody delicious. And it's been getting better in the fridge all day yesterday. Playing Bob Marley full volume and full bass as I do the wash up. I've to clean away cans and then I can have the dinner. Excited
