Beline is not a herbal medication, it is a combination of corticosteroids, antihistamines and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories that is fraudulently sold as a herbal remedy. That doesn't mean that they're dangerous, or that you should stop taking them, but I'd advise that you chat to your GP and show them the actual ingredients list to see whether or not you should be taking them. The best thing to do for arthritic knees is lose weight and do weight bearing exercise (squats are great for your knees, despite popular opinion). Surely if you have arthritic knees then squats would make things worse. Weight lose and non stressful exercise like a walking or exercise bike. Squats! Bad knees and squats is impossible. Weight loss? How heavy am I then that I have to lose weight? I do loads of bike riding which does have a medicinal effect.

My knees are shot, weight loss did help but pain was 24 7, I have had no side effects at all, I do only take 1 a day instead of the 2 and find the effect is still good. I don't think it is a placebo effect though it did cross my mind my pain was too bad for a placebo to last more than a few weeks and its been 3 months now. The side effects seem less than what I'm taking now, I mean the treatment that my doctor was going to give me for a fungal nail was worse. I will take your advice on going to my go though.

I have suffered severe knee pain for years now, been told I will be lucky to get 5 years out my knees and I'm only 43. I am on co-codamol and diclofenic but they don't do a lot and the side effects are dangerous with risk of heart attack etc etc. I have tried a recommended herbal drug online and within 3 days the pain had totally gone! Problem is that they have had some great reviews but aren't licensed in the Uk. The side effects are stated below and even if they were proven are still less dangerous than what I am alredy on. He has lost 4 girlfriends for the same reason but refuses to accept its the weed. One of these exes from 1995 he never stops going on about, he is horrible about her and still blames her, i knew her before him and I bumped into her last year and she struggled to remember him yet he talks about it like its yesterday while she is married with kids! I was over his recently and they were going on about this new strain they had that knocked them out which knowing what seasoned stoners they were worried me. Just had a cousin who smoked it be committed by his mom as he started suffering paranoia and threatened to hurt himself or others if they let him out. There are a minority who suffer no side effects or addictions but they are not high enough in number to justify it being safe in my opinion. My mates son has smoked it since 14 but could stop for weeks leading up to exams, he now teaches abroad and smokes when back in uk. My step daughter has just came off it and explained that it has changed her life, she is ashamed looking back as she said she would fight strangers for looking at her, smoke in front of her kids and before she took them to school and the realisation at school one morning smelling weed on some of the moms hit her the hardest knowing that she too would have smelt like it too and couldn't face teachers. If its anything like the DLT charges of fondling women's breasts in the 70's then some of you are being pretty harsh. I knew about this in November from someone in BBC and was told the arrest hit him that hard he had been put on suicide watch. It old be nothing?

Some of thee players army good enough for championship so unless fergie has a magic wand I don't think even he could get team playing well but he wouldn't of brought them in the first place. Yes mon gave us the best time in ages and yes Lerner bottled it when he realised that he wasn't going to win anything in 5 years but mon put players on stupid contracts including the ageing ones but most of all jumped ship as he knew things were going to be harder.
