Popular Post imavillan
Mike Tindall 79 HEITS Love the quote in bold type https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/mike-tindall-aston-villa-dementia-18748706 Former Aston Villa midfielder Mike Tindall has died after a long battle with dementia and Alzheimer's, his devoted son has announced. The 79-year-old starred for his boyhood club between 1959 and 1968 and made 120 appearances, scoring eight times including a strike in the 3-3 draw at St Andrew's against Birmingham City in the old First Division back in March 1964. “When I go to see him he doesn’t know me from anyone in the street," he said, "but as soon as I told him Villa beat Blues 2-0 his eyes lit up and he said:, 'I remember scoring against that shower!' "It made me laugh and brought a lump to my throat. He used to love the rivalry and used to joke that the Blues trophy cabinet was a shoebox. It was all good fun, the rivalry back then and I know he loved playing against Blues." Last night, Dean announced that his Villa-loving dad passed away at the hospice where he was being looked after. Posting a classic photo of his dad in his claret and blue heyday in the 60s, Dean put: "RIP dad, rest easy. HEITS." Tegis Posted August 18, 2020 VT Supporter Share Posted August 18, 2020 One of my favorite hockey-players growing up. Hall of famer Dale Hawerchuk, 57, cancer Saw him live at the 1989 world championships and until Yzerman showed up he was in a class of his own, and that includes the Soviet famous KLM line. Fabulous player.

cyrusr Posted August 26, 2020 VT Supporter Share Posted August 26, 2020 One for the metal heads. Power Trips vocalist Riley Gale has passed away, aged 35. Cause of death unknown. Power Trip were definitely a rising band and I think we’re due to release a new album in the near future

Yeah caught the end of their set when they supported napalm a few years ago and thought they sounded good so checked them out. Was due to see them support Lamb of God in April but that’s now been pushed back to December 2021... was going to be a decent line up with Kreator as well

Must have been same tour. Shame I couldn’t get there earlier to see the whole set. Think I missed 2 bands as well, was ridiculous!
