I looked him up, he plays on A Love Supreme, so I decided to play it in his honour. Currently the only Coltrane record I have but I suspect I'll get more

 It's a royal name in Sweden, loads of kings have been named Adolf, not so much since WWII :D

Think there are 4 or 5 historic kings who were named Adolf. Even they guy we had before this current one was named Adolf.

Gustaf II Adolf perhaps? He was out and about making a mess of things all over Europe.

Well there is bound to have been a Gustaf Adolf before the II so might very well be that one :D 

A quick google says we've had 6 of them so who knows.

Decided it was needed in 1870 when Karl XV was on the throne

Opened in 1884 when Oscar II was on the throne

Go figure!
