Cant say I have seen him play but he was quite highly rated when he was younger but seems to have gone off the radar. Almost like he's trying to prove he can, and by trying to prove he can so hard, actually fails to do it intelligently. Wesley doesn't speak Dutch, they communicate in English in Bruges and I don't think he was able to learn Dutch. He wanted to live his dream and play in the PL, but ended up in Greece, would have 'hurt less' if he actually went to the PL. Now I'm glad he didn't make it then In my opinion a very good player in the back, he used to have many problems with injuries, but I'm under the impression that has improved. As said before, being a Villa fan since the early nineties and a Bruges fan since the half eighties, I am very happy with the transfers for Villa so far. UTV!!!
