mikeyp102
Cuadrado seems very limited, just a sprinter really. Can see why he didn’t flourish at Chelsea

mikeyp102
It’s one thing that has been missing in this World Cup. 1on 1 striker vs gk, Falcao there showing how to finish those. So explosive and wonderfully controlled.. Egg in my face for cuarado now

Dont think they will though, think a 10 man Colombia did really well against Japan, if they can keep all players on the pitch then they will beat Poland easily. Well, you're not getting any tonight. 1

Davkaus
There won't be many better passes in the tournament than that. Perfection.
Xela
I'd rather avoid Columbia in the next round. Senegal or Japan would be far more agreeable
VillaChris
Yeah was going to say Colombia will be difficult match up for England, lots of fast and technical players and they can mix it physically aswell. Apart from Ospina. Have you ever seen a keeper go down with so many mythical injuries?! He does it for Arsenal aswell.

Even more reason why 2nd in the group might be better for us than winning it.
Dr_Pangloss
Two stunning goals from Colombia, what an absolute joy to watch. James is world class when fit and on form, Cuadrado can infuriate but has been terrific today, brilliant for his goal and Falcao's finish was delicious. Quintero also showed the sort of player he can be, wonderfully inventive. Love this team.
Davkaus
Not the most sporting though are they? 1 minute to the end mate, no need to be a nob.
HanoiVillan
Only saw the second half, but that was the first truly *excellent* team performance, front to back, that I think I've seen at the World Cup.
VillaAlex
Think Ally McCoist has been excellent on the co-commentary compared to some of the dross we've had to put up with. 2

VillaChris
He's already played in europe for Porto and Rennes. If you read more of Vickery's pieces about him he actually lost interest in Football two years ago and was considering becoming a DJ or something but revitalised since he got his focus back. Colombia are the best team in the group. It was anamoly them losing to Japan as they had to play the whole game with 10 men so near impossible to get a result.
