My phone was on silent, but I texted him when I got up to make sure everything was ok, and it was. He rang me at about 9.30 to let me know that him and a couple of other work lads had booked into an hotel last night and had been up all night snorting their money away. They went out straight from work yesterday then when the pubs closed booked into an hotel. They were going home this morning to get ready and meet up with the other lads for 12.00 . My old man is currently up the hospital with stomach pains, sounds like he's gunna be kept in. He really is rubbish, he has some sort of medical emergency every bloody Christmas without fail...and to top it off there is every chance I'll have to visit him tonight.
