His Roma played some very nice football indeed, he's pretty stuck to 4-3-3, but I'd back him to get us out of this division before he got "found out" for the formation. If he isn't smart enough to see that coming anyway.

The last time he took over for a few games was a disaster. I think one was the infamous game against Spur when Agbonlahor only touched the ball twice and one was from the kick off.
