So unless I'm wide of the mark I took it as he's just saying he wants to build something for a new century that everyone around the world can love. If it was in reply to the birminham mail article about his tweeting being ultimately refreshing its a bit "out with the old in with the new better way for the technological age mofos " (to paraphrase somewhat).
